We are Il Sogno Concept Lab, a company specialised in food and catering, driven by a strong focus on craftsmanship and quality. All our products start with carefully selected ingredients, following traditional recipes and production processes that bring out the authentic taste of handmade food, strictly with no preservatives or additives. Our project began with a trip to Sicily, which inspired us to create a unique product that brings together Sicilian tradition and the finest of the Abruzzo region.
